These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bar Tabs mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use

1. Use the App for unlawful purposes.
2. Share harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
3. Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App.
4. Local & Social Features
By enabling location sharing, you consent to share your location with other users.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not liable for conduct of users inside or outside the App.
5. In-App Purchases & Third-Party Services (If Applicable)
If the App offers purchases or integrates third-party services, those terms also apply. All purchases are final unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, logos, trademarks, and content belong to Bar Tabs. You may not copy or use them without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bar Tabs is not responsible for damages arising from use of the App or interactions with other users.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida State.
